Prem Prakash Panth was established by Satguru Swami
Tenu Ram Ji Maharaj Ji, in the pre independence era of
India at a small place called Tando Adam in the Nawabshah district of Sindh (Presently Sindh is part
of Pakistan). Wari Jo Daro, now famous as Amrapur
Asthan and considered as the most auspicious & holy
pilgrimage for the devotees of Prem Prakash Mandal,
become the popular meeting place of spiritual masters
from all parts of country.
" Satnam Sakhi or
Satnam
Sakshi " symbolic words of Prem Prakash Panth were
also given by Satguru Swami Teoonram Ji Maharaj, who
also laid down tradition of establishing spiritual
centers called "Aashram++" at various cities.
After the Partition of India, Satguru Swami Sarvanand
Ji Maharaj Ji constructed Amarapur Asthan at Jaipur in
Rajasthan, India. Presently Satguru Swami Bhagat
Prakash Ji Maharaj are taking care of Ashram and
guiding masses and disciples to remove the darkness
and fill the life with light of true knowledge and
self realization. Religious book of Panth "Prem
Prakash Granth" was also compiled by Satguru Swami
Sarvanand Ji Maharaj.
After the heavenly abode of
Swami Sarvanand Ji, Swami Haridas Ram Ji Maharaj took
Charge of Amrapur Asthan and Jaipur Aashram.
Satguru Swami Shanti Prakash Ji Maharaj, third master
of Prem Prakash Mandal, during the physical life of
whom Prem Prakash Panth developed as the most
progressive religious faith of Sindhis and numerous
Prem Prakash Ashrams were constructed in various
cities of India, shifted to Ulhasnagar Maharashtra and
laid down foundation of Swami Teoonram Ashram.
In the
present times Ulhasnagar Ashram is considered as the most
holy place of the Panth. Satguru Swami Shanti Prakash
Ji Maharaj also started many institutions like Sunder Sevak Sabha, Swami Sarvanand Hospital, Nari shala, Bal
Mandir, Shree Radheshyam Gau Shala and Swarag Dham
shamshan Bhoomi etc. for the improvement in the
physical life of needy human beings and social
welfare.
Satguru Swami Dev Prakash Ji Maharaj, President of
Swami Shanti Prakash Ashram Trust, is not only
carrying out ably the duty assigned by Satguru Swami
Shanti Prakash Ji Maharaj but also expanding reach of
message of Satguru & saints of Prem Prakash Mandal.
Being a Vedanta Acharya and coming from the middle
class sindhi family, Swami Dev Prakash Ji Maharaj are
well versed with the spiritual needs and progress ways
for the common people, thus he started a book let
series "Dev Vani" for them. This is most common
feeling among the disciples & devotees of Prem Prakash
Panth that Satguru Swami Dev Prakash Ji Maharaj are
Universal well wisher along with being the
philosopher, friend, guide and true spiritual master. |
