Swami Bhagat PrakashThere are very few, rare and selected human souls, which are blessed to live and start the physical life on the earth in the company of Guru, One such soul is Swami Bhagat Prakash, who was born as the child of Koushaliyabai and Tekamdas Khilnani at Mumbai On the day Chand [ Full Moon Day] of Kartik month in 1960. Swami ji's birth name was Dharamdas, literary which means servant of religion.
His Maternal Grand father [ Nana Ji] family was closely related with Satguru Swami Sarvanand Maharaj. The family decided to give the kid Dharamdas in the service of Satguru and accordingly Dharamdas was there in Amarapur Asthan Jaipur to serve Satguru.
Satguru swami Sarvanand Maharaj were also pleased with the devotion of Dharamdas and were taking care of Dharamdas as the son. They started his education and Dharamdas passed M.A. in first class with Hindi , Sanskrit and English. For some years Shri Dharamdas was at Prem Prakash Aashram Haridwar and also at Prem Prakash Mandali Mumbai to guide the devotees on the path of Prem Prakash. His Name was Changed as Swami Bhagat Prakash, which means one who shows light [ Prakash] to devotee [Bhagat].
Swami Bhagat Prakash Maharaj Ji are the fifth successor of the Satguru Swami Tenu Ram Ji Maharaj and working as the Fifth President of Prem Prakash Mandal. Amarpur Asthan Jaipur, Rajasthan - the most holy place in India for any devotee of Prem Prakash Mandal is functioning under the caring supervision of Satguru Swami Bhagat Prakash Ji Maharaj since 2000 since the heavenly abode of Satguru Swami Haridas Ram Ji Maharaj.
Among the rare religious singers and saints Swami Bhagat Prakash Ji Maharaj are considered at higher order of hierarchy just because of melodious voice and ability of transforming complicated Sanskrit Bhajans into simple language, which a common person can understand easily.
Beside the Amrapur Dham Swami Bhagat Prakash Ji Maharaj are taking care of many Prem Prakash Ashrams in India and abroad. During the Kumbh Mela at Nasik and Haridwar Swami Bhagat Prakash Ji remain present at respective ashrams and take personal care of visiting devotees and Anna Shetra.
